BONSAI

Caring for bonsai trees require a lot of work and dedication. Bonsai need to be constantly trimmed and maintained.

Here are some tips on caring for bonsai trees:

1. Bonsai are usually grown in pots. Pots need to be replaced at least once a year.

Replacement pots intended to encourage new root growth. Choose a larger pot to accommodate the growth of bonsai.

Pot should have holes that allow excess water to drain out of the pot, so that the roots of bonsai is not submerged in water.

2. Bonsai should be watered regularly.

Do not flush bonsai too much because it will cause root rot or grow mold.

But on the other hand, bonsai also should not be dry. One method to check the moisture level is by sticking a toothpick into the ground. Soil texture should not be too wet or dry.

3. Bonsai require sunlight!

But be careful, because too much sun exposure can damage even bonsai.

That is why, bonsai must get the balance right between watering, sunlight exposure, and thus pruning bonsai healthy.

4. Remember that there are many types of bonsai trees. Each bonsai need to be considered on an individual basis according to their type.

This is mainly related to the amount of sunlight that is needed. So it is important to know each type of bonsai tree to find the best way to take care.

5. Do not cut branches bonsai with scissors!

There are many tools available that are specifically designed to trim bonsai. Each tool serves a different purpose, such as forming a tree, cut the leaves, or branches bend, etc..
